Returns Policy
At My Christmas Sweater we are so fussy on getting things absolutely perfect and are super confident that you will be 100% happy with our products. However, from time to time issues can arise, so we will do our best to make sure you as our customer are satisfied.
- If your item/s is faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of any damage and we will happily replace the item/s. Returns must be sent within 7 days of receiving.
- Your item/s will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed and unstained. If item/s have been worn, a refund will not be issued.
- Buyer must cover shipping costs to and from for exchanges and for change in size.
- Unfortunately we do not offer exchanges or refunds on pre-order items. When a pre-order is placed, we have reserved this item for you. Please choose carefully.
- We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully.
- Returns must be received within 7 days of you receiving your items.
- We have a no refund policy on items returned after Christmas.
- Please ensure all returns are sent via tracked courier. We do not issue refunds on missing items.
- In the scenario an order is cancelled, you will be charged the payment provider fee and a $5 administration fee.
