1. What material are your Christmas Sweaters made from?

Our Christmas Sweaters are made from 100% premium acrylic. Super cozy.

2. What material are your Christmas Pajamas made from?

Our Christmas PJs are made from luxe bamboo and cotton. Designed to keep you comfortable and cozy throughout the night, whether you're sleeping or lounging around the house.

3. What is your sizing like?

We recommend you choose your usual size. Please refer to our size guide for garment measurements.

4. How do I wash my Christmas Sweater?

Cold machine wash, delicate cycle. Hang dry, do not tumble dry. Do not iron. Do not wash Christmas Sweater with LED lights, spot wash only.

5. When will your Christmas 2023 range be available for purchase?

Our 2023 Christmas collection is launching September 2023. We have some festive new products currently in production. Please join our waitlist (home page) and you will be notified once these are available for purchasing.

6. How long does delivery take?

United States: 4 -7 Business Days

New Zealand: 1-3 Business Days

Australia: 2-5 Business Days 

7. Do you ship Worldwide?

We currently ship to USA - United States of America, New Zealand and Australia.
