POSTAGE AND DELIVERIES

Our sweaters are in stock and will be despatched from our centre in New Jersey (not from overseas!!).
Your order will be despatched same working day (if ordered before 12pm) or next working day. Weekend orders will be despatched on Monday. Our standard service is express delivery (1 to 2 days).

NO QUIBBLE RETURNS

We want you to be happy and feel confident in purchasing from us. We'll accept a returned item within 7 days for exchange or refund (providing that it's in the same condition we sent it!). You have the right to cancel an order within 7 days, and should you wish to return an item please send it to our NJ address below (be sure to use a recorded delivery service as we can't be held responsible for missing/lost/damaged post).
